The coach offers specific skills and knowledge to support the process of change. It is the client's responsibility to make the changes, and the coach will honour the client’s autonomy and unique values.
In my coaching sessions, you will be asked thought provoking questions to help you discover the changes you wish to make towards personal growth and positive transformation. These changes may be related to one or many aspects of your life, such as body image, exercise and movement, eating habits, sleep, stress, work family and social interactions (only to name a few).
Through the process of self-discovery, you will learn to identify your strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies to achieving your goals.
Positive and long-lasting change takes time, patience, effort, and persistence. I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space to instil self-belief and confidence. How? By helping you to establish simple, realistic and achievable goals.
